Porter identified a complex five-force model for studying competition in any market. But how do you use his recommendations in real life? The title aptly describes what this book is about: There are multiple chapters with detailed case studies, which are very relevant if you want to practice strategy.
Through the use of thesis and hypothesis with real world examples. Although Porter’s framework demysitfied a bit detail-oriented and tough to implement, it’s by all means a better template than what this is giving us.
