ASTM E2018-08 Standard – Property Condition Assessments (PCA)

Annex Ee2018 provides requirements relating to specific asset types, and where applicable, such requirements are to be considered as if integral to this guide. No specific legal relationship between the consultant and the user was considered during the preparation of this guide.
