AIA G-Series: Project Management Forms

Services are divided along the traditional lines of basic and additional services. AIA Document B— uses the traditional division of services into Basic and Additional Services but adds a new Pre-Design Services article that includes items such as assessment of project feasibility, layout, and regulatory requirements.

A—, as a standard form document, cannot cover all the particulars of a project. AIA Document C— defines digital data as information, communications, drawings, or designs created or stored for a specific project in digital form. The Agreement requires the parties to select the payment type from three choices: 7g16 receipt of a completed G—, the contractor must promptly proceed with the change in the work described therein.
